Hi everyone. So today's question is, "Why is it so important to set KPIs and OKRs in Agile?" Setting KPIs, which is Key Performance Indicators, and OKRs: Objectives and Key Results in Agile is important for a number of reasons. First of all, it's helps to ensure that the team is focused on the right goals and objectives, which aligns with the organization or the company.
By setting KPIs and OKRs, the team can track their progress and measure their success against the goals they have set. This helps to ensure that the team is working towards the right objective and thus they are making progress towards achieving them.
The second thing is setting KPIs and OKRs helps to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively. By setting measurable goals, the team can identify areas where they can improve. This helps ensure that the team is working in the most efficient and also the effective way possible.
And the last one I would mention is setting KPIs and OKRs helps the team to work collaboratively by setting measurable goals. The team can together work to achieve them, which will align with the company's goals.
So, all in all setting KPIs helps to ensure that the team is working to achieve the same objectives that they have the same measurable goals that they want to work collectively to achieve and certain focus for the goals and objectives for for the teams and also for the organization, which will lead to having the same goals for achieving results for the customers and satisfying the customer's needs.
