Number one. Poor communication.
Change initiatives often fail due to inadequate communication. When leaders fail to clearly articulate the reasons behind the change its benefits and how it will impact employees. Confusion and resistance can arise. It's crucial for leaders to communicate openly using multiple channels to ensure everyone receives the message. This means providing context, outlining goals. And addressing concerns upfront. Clear transparent communication fosters understanding, and buy-in reducing resistance and increasing engagement from the start.
