Number seven. Inadequate training and support. Employees need the right skills and resources to adapt, to change. Insufficient training and support mechanisms can leave employees feeling unprepared, frustrated, and less likely to embrace new ways of working. Leaders must invest in comprehensive training programs, providing employees with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. This includes ongoing support and coaching to help employees navigate challenges and build confidence in their abilities. By prioritizing employee development and addressing skill gaps proactively leaders empower their teams to embrace change, confidently driving successful implementation and long-term sustainability.
