Welcome to Wednesday Wisdom where I provide snippets of information to help you with your organization's culture. In this series, I will be addressing 10 attributes of high performing teams. Promote transparency and open communication. This involves ensuring that all team members have access to the information they need to perform their roles effectively. Regular updates on key metrics and feedback should be standard practice. This includes sharing both positive and negative feedback as well as providing constructive criticism to help team members grow. Open communication also involves actively listening to team members, asking questions, and clarifying any misunderstandings. By fostering an environment where everyone feels heard and valued teams can build trust and make more informed decisions.
