Welcome to Wednesday Wisdom where I provide snippets of information to help you with your organization's culture. In this series, I will be addressing 10 attributes of high-performing teams. Number seven. Recognize and Reward.  

Effective teams recognize the importance of rewarding and recognizing collective efforts. By aligning incentives with team outcomes, members are encouraged to work collaboratively and support one another's contributions. 

This approach fosters a culture of appreciation and celebration where individual achievements are seen as part of the team success. Recognizing and rewarding team efforts., not only boosts morale, but also reinforces the value of teamwork and collective achievement, motivating members to continue working together towards shared goals.
